A: We ship from US warehouses, so delivery takes just 2-4 business days anywhere in the USA. Free shipping on orders over $50.

Q: How fast is shipping to Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia?

A: We use local warehouses in each region:

A: Yes! We ship to USA, Canada, Europe, UK, and Australia with fast delivery from regional warehouses.

Q: Will I have to pay customs fees or duties?

A: For USA and Canada, customs fees are rare. For Europe, UK, and Australia, any applicable duties or VAT will be calculated and shown at checkoutโ€”no surprise fees when your package arrives.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order in your account dashboard.

Halal Certification & Product Quality

Q: How do you verify that products are halal?

A: We rigorously vet every product and supplier. We check ingredient lists, manufacturing processes, and require halal certification from recognized authorities wherever possible. If a product isn't certified, we ensure it contains absolutely no haram ingredients (no pork, no alcohol, no non-halal animal derivatives).

Q: Are all your products gelatin-free?

A: Many are, but always check individual product descriptions. For products that contain gelatin, we ensure it's halal bovine gelatinโ€”never pork.

Q: Do you test for hidden haram ingredients?

A: Yes. We work closely with suppliers and review all ingredient documentation. If we find any questionable ingredients, we don't carry the product.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund.

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Email us at support@tayyibliving.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Q: Are there any items that can't be returned?

A: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements or worn hijabs (unless defective).

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days. It may take another 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Q: Do you charge sales tax/VAT?

A: Sales tax and VAT are automatically calculated based on your shipping address, as required by local laws.
